The band perform in a mock pub and just like in the real McCoy in New Zealand every body stands back with their arms crossed so that their imaginary pints don't spill until the music's half over. It's possible that someone would invent some story how the producer received a knighthood then was killed by pirates but it's doubtful that it's the same guy.
